How do we work?
Collecting information
We begin with a thorough analysis of your needs. Our team of technical advisors determines the optimal solution, selecting the best printing technology for your specific project—whether flexography, digital printing, or a hybrid combination of both methods.
Project preparation
Our DTP studio prepares projects with the specifics of the chosen printing technology in mind. We pay attention to every detail – from proper file preparation, through the selection of appropriate colours, to optimization for a specific production method.
Print production
We manufacture to the highest quality standards. Our modern machinery and experienced team of operators guarantee precise execution of every order.
We control every stage of the production process—from material preparation, through optimal machine settings, to final quality control. This ensures consistent results and timely project completion, regardless of the printing technology chosen.
How does our
unique DTP studio work?
DTP Studio is the bridge between the file and the machine:
we check, we adjust and send ready for printing.

Gathering Information: During a conversation with the client, we strive to gather as much information about the labels as possible. Important information includes not only basic details such as size, order quantity, and colour count, but also estimated annual usage, label purpose, and requirements for resistance to unusual conditions. All this information allows us to best and most precisely tailor our offer to the client’s needs.

Design Preparation: We offer label design from scratch by our graphic studio, as well as adapting the provided materials to flexo technology and the profiles of the machines used. Detailed guidelines for preparing graphic data are described in the “Technical Requirements – Print Preparation” section. The prepared design is sent for approval in PDF format, and if necessary, also by courier as a digital proof.

Label Production: Photopolymers are loaded onto the printing machine, and the printing process begins. The first print of a given design can be made in the presence of a client representative, who, based on approved materials, approves the design. The inks we use in the printing process are cured using UV lamps, enabling the use of high line counts. Finishing work is then carried out in accordance with the client’s requirements.

OUR technology
Flexographic Printing
Flexographic printing is a proven technology utilizing flexible printing plates and low-viscosity inks, ideal for medium- to large-scale production runs. It boasts excellent color reproduction quality, the ability to use Pantone specialty colors, and exceptional production efficiency for larger runs. This technology allows for printing on a wide range of materials—from paper and foils to non-standard materials—while ensuring high print durability and resistance to outdoor conditions. Flexography is particularly valued for its repeatable results and the ability to achieve intense, saturated colors.
Our technology
Digital Printing
Digital printing is a modern, formless technology that’s perfect for small- to medium-sized runs and projects requiring personalization. Its main advantage is flexibility – the lack of printing plate preparation means quick order fulfillment and the ability to make changes during production. It’s also an ideal solution for limited editions, special editions, and short seasonal collections, where speed and a unique label character are key.

Our technology
What is hybrid technology?
Hybrid technology is an innovative combination of flexographic and digital printing in a single production process. This breakthrough solution allows us to leverage the best features of both printing methods, creating products with exceptional visual and functional properties.
In the hybrid process, we print parts of the design (e.g., background, graphic elements, special colours) using flexographic printing, while other elements (e.g., variable text, codes, personalization) are printed digitally. This ensures that each element is produced using the optimal technology.

Consulting
Our Support at Every Stage
We offer comprehensive consulting services, helping you choose the best solutions, optimize costs, and achieve the desired results. From concept to final product, we are at your service.

Layout and preparation for printing
We tailor the design to the selected technology and substrate, optimizing files for quality and production efficiency. The result: a secure and finished file, ready for printing without the risk of errors.

Proofing control
We check files for technical errors, color, and resolution, and prepare proofs for approval before printing. The result: confidence that the design will be reproduced as expected.

Production launch
Finished files are automatically sent for printing, maintaining precise production settings. The result: a quick and error-free production launch. Time savings and the assurance that the final labels will meet all quality requirements.

Multi-level quality control
We monitor every step of the process, from file preparation to final printing, in accordance with rigorous industry standards. The result: guaranteed repeatability, colour consistency, and the highest product quality.
