Self-adhesive labels
Self-adhesive labels are paper or synthetic printing substrates intended for informational and advertising purposes, which are a great way of attracting a potential customer’s attention.
These labels are printed on self-adhesive paper or film., in which the base is coated with a layer of adhesive covered by a protective layer; when this layer is removed, the label is ready for use.
Thanks to our modern machine park, we can print even the most technically advances self-adhesive labels, using:
- lamination (which ensure water and scratch resistance),
- adhesive deactivation,
- gilding,
- embossing,
- cold-stamping.
Multi-layer labels
Multi-layer labels, (also known as peel-off or gizmo labels) are used wherever it is necessary to include a large amount of information in a relatively small area.
Labels of this type consist of two layers permanently bonded, but which can be separately viewed.
Multi-layer labels are exceptionally popular in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries, where the law requires a substantial amount of information to be included on the packaging.
Similarly, producers who want to include information about promotions, other products, or in many languages often choose this type of label.
Aluminium labels
Aluminium labels are a popular and practical solution. To make them, we use a thin layer of aluminium which is overprinted and then embossed, thanks to which the label achieves a unique and elegant appearance.
Using this process, it is possible to achieve interesting and unusual effects such as “old gold” or “old silver“.
Aluminium labels are non-absorptive, do not have an odour, are completely opaque and highly resistant to damage. They are also highly resistant to high temperatures, moisture, and irradiation.
They are a modern solution, which is becoming increasingly popular for example in the alcohol industry.
Packaging of sachets
An important element of our operations is the production of sachets. We’ve been developing this segment of our business for years. Sachets are an excellent medium for advertisements as packaging for product samples which our clients can use to present their products to consumers.
We can produce sachets from different types of base material, with different dimensions adapted to different product sizes.
Sachets can be filled with any type of contents, including liquids.
Extra: laminate printing
We also offer laminate printing and can supply the client with rolls of prepared film to be used when packing sachets.

Bopp and laminate printing
Labels for PET bottles, commonly known as wraparounds, are paper or synthetic labels used to identify the contents of bottles or other products with a round shape.
They are very often used in the food industry, but also in the chemical, home appliance, medical, and cosmetics industries.
Polypropylene labels are more expensive than standard, but are a very attractive solution. They are highly resistant to atmospheric conditions. Their transparent substrates produce an outstanding visual effect. Films with thicknesses of 30 to 40 microns are typically used. We produce labels like these in rolls, as a tape.

Silkscreen
Silkscreen is a solution which allows a large amount of ink to be applied to a specific place. Thanks to this, selected elements of the print can be highlighted (such as a logo, or a small single text), and a thicker layer of ink is easily felt by the fingers, giving the labels a very elegant 3-D effect.
This technology also allows text to be added in Braille.
Silkscreen is widely used in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and domestic chemical product industries.
Special labels
We also offer special-purpose labels which can play roles other than simply informational and marketing.
Security labels and anti-tamper stickers
The most important characteristic of these labels is that they cannot be removed and replaced on the product without leaving a trace. Labels like these are often used in electronics and the computer industry, and also with documents, mailings, and cosmetics.
Blockout labels
Blockout labels are used whenever it is necessary to completely and permanently cover elements of the product.
Sandwich labels
Sandwich labels are a kind of “label on a label” – they are remove from the base and applied to a surface, and then an additional layer can be removed from them. Sandwich layers are often used in logistics, administration, marketing operations, and different types of competitions and promotions, as well as in medicine.
Special finish printing
We offer a whole range of special finishes which can improve the aesthetics of the products and highlight special features, such as:
gilding on luxury products
matte inks for environmentally friendly products.
Lamination
Lamination involves covering the printed label with a layer of film. Thanks to this, the label takes on a shine. Additionally, lamination protects the print from mechanical damage and soiling.
Gilding – cold-stamping
A gilded effect can be achieved by applying a very thin metallised film to certain areas of the label. This is done using photopolymer matrices, on one production line with UV inks. It should be noted that we can also do cold-stamping, giving an interesting visual effect.
Embossing
Embossing involves “pressing” convex areas into the label surface. Embossing can improve the aesthetics of the product and highlight selected graphic elements. Embossing delivers great results when used in conjunction with paper, metal, or aluminium labels.
Special inks – matte and pearlescent
Typical high-shine UV inks have been in use for a long time, and are an economical way to protect and improve the look of the label.
Matte inks protect the print, while giving a matte rather than shiny finish. Pearlescent inks give a natural, pearly shine effect.
These two types of inks can also be combined.
Deactivation of adhesive / Underprinting
We have the technical ability to also apply print to the adhesive side of the label. If the packaging of the product permits (for example, it is transparent), print can be applied to the adhesive side of the label including informational text, ingredients, or applications. Deactivation of adhesive involves weakening or eliminating the adhesive properties of the adhesive in certain areas, making these “adhesive-free”.

Personalisation and numeration
We use special machinery to apply numeration and variable code overprinting to labels.
We can apply numeration both to the label and to the base itself. Typically, we apply numeration in black, however it is possible to purchase almost any colour of ink., which can significantly improve the appearance of the product.
The production process for labels with numeration is not very different from the production of normal labels. There is just one more stage at the end; the rolls of labels are placed in a special machine which is programmed to apply a code according to the client’s instructions.
Next, numeration itself is conducted and only then are the labels prepared for delivery.

How we work
The label production process usually consists of the following stages:
